Duff, who graduated from Drama Centre London in 1990 she made her debut television appearances on Trial & Retribution Amongst Women and Aristocrats. Anne-Marie Duff is a Britsih actress born on 08 October 1970. She was born in Chiswick, London, United Kingdom. Anne-Marie Duff is a stage and film actor from England. The actress first became famous for her role as Fiona Gallagher during the UK's Shameless series. The Virgin Queen (2006) came next, in which she was Queen Elizabeth. The television series From Darkness (2013) also included her as the protagonist. Duff's filmography comprises Enigma (2001), The Magdalene Sisters and notes on the Scandal (2006) French Film (2007) The Last Station Nowhere Boy Before i Go to Sleep 2014 and Suffragette 2015. Her performances in Shameless The Virgin Queen Nowhere Boy and Suffragette garnered the BAFTA nominations for both the Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress categories and she was given the BAFTA Cymru Award for Best Actress for her work in the television movie The History of Mr Polly.
